"We have found The Appreciation Programme to be remarkably good. Through the various activities, workshops, well planned score sheets, creative score cards, the students not only feel special and good but have also become responsible, appreciative and caring. The monthly positive markings by teachers, motivated students, fostering in them an inherent desire to improve in their academic as well as social skills. Many students exhibited confidence, interacted better with others, were eager to participate in class and inter- class activities.
The orientation programme for teachers helped us to conscientize them in the art of appreciating and recognising positive behaviour in their students.
