The Imagination Factory understands the magnitude of self-worth among children and has thus developed a mechanism to achieve this through positive reinforcements. The Imagination Factory facilitates acknowledgement of positive behaviour among peers and educators. This is accomplished through workshops and other activities for children that are fun and learning, enabling the child to focus on their own capacity, without limiting it to academic excellence alone. This ensures an increase in self esteem, better discipline and enhanced participation in and out of the classrooms.

The Imagination Factory focuses on teachers through interactive workshops augmenting teachers to find their own inspiration, motivation and love for their work.  We hold workshops for parents as well, to enable positive reinforcement to continue at home.

Formally founded in 2011, The Imagination Factory has been operational since January 2010.  A social venture that has engaged with over 4 schools,  90 teachers, 2000 parents and 4000 children during the past 3 years. The Imagination Factory enables students, teachers and parents to motivate themselves to live their highest potential and inspire others!
