FOUNDER
Erita is the founder of The Imagination Factory. Prior to this, she worked with the British Deputy High Commission for close to 5 years during which she decided to help children explore their full potential through things they loved doing. She graduated from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Commerce and advanced to study Human Resource Management from NMIMS. She believes that each child is unique and different and needs to be encouraged, appreciated and empowered to believe in themselves. She has conducted several training programmes and boot camps in leadership and self-development for educators, parents and children. She has mentored children and youth and has a keen interest in working in social ventures. She has been an UnLtd India Investee since 2012.
A former choir trainer, when Erita is not busy creating a significant positive impact on society, she loves indulging in good books, music and travelling. Besides this she also enjoys trekking and is an adventure enthusiast.

FR. NIGEL BARRETT
Fr. Nigel Barrett is a doctorate in Social Communications and has been involved in the field of education for the last 20 years. Besides teaching in several Universities, both national and international, he was also the Administrator of St. Anne High School, Orlem, Malad and has encouraged and mentored the Appreciation Programme. His expertise in HR, Training and his knowledge of children and their needs enables him to create and devise programmes that focus on the betterment of the total human person and hence we’ve approached him to be on our advisory panel.
INIR PINHEIRO
Inir Pinheiro is an entrepreneur involved in responsible tourism. He has over 6 years of experience in the social sector ranging from resource mobilization, to building triple bottom line (financial, social & environmentally) sustainable ventures. A post graduate in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar, he specializes in sustainable development, social enterprises & youth leadership programs. Has been recognized as amongst 50 social entrepreneurs changing India by Outlook Business, and has been awarded the Karamveer Purashkar for Social Justice and Citizen Action in 2008 by ICONGO & Kemka Foundation.
AZEELIA FIALHO
Azeelia Fialho is a Certified Heal Your Life® Trainer, Seminar Leader by Hay House (US) to present programs on Louise Hay’s philosophy worldwide. She is a Certified Law of Attraction trainer from Golden Inspiration, one of the oldest and most respected Law of Attraction training companies in India. She has conducted several workshops for executives, entrepreneurs, businesswomen and men, sportsmen and women, youth and housewives teaching them skills using advanced tools, to use their maximum potential and achieve their goals.
Azeelia studied Public Relations from Xavier Institute of Communications, worked in the airline and fashion industry for ten years
She is a mentor and friend to many. For the last six years she has coached people on relationships, health, finances, creativity and work successfully.
